What is Cycle To Work ?

Cycle to Work is a smart, cost effective and simple way to get a new bike, clothing and safety related accessories for your commute. Save up to 42% on your purchases and spread the cost over 18 months when purchasing through a cycle to work scheme.

We’ve teamed up with Bike2Work Scheme, Cycle2Work, Green Commute Intiative, Halfords & VIVUP Initiative to offer employees and employers throughout the UK a really successful cycle-to-work scheme designed to get more and more people out and about riding bikes and reaping the multitude of personal and environmental benefits!

The scheme is an initiative stemming from the Government’s Green Transport Plan, which aims to encourage more people to cycle to work by offering up to a 45% saving on the cost of a new bicycle and safety equipment. The scheme is run through employers and can be administered by a third party company, free of charge, so the paperwork is kept to a minimum.

Each employee who signs up for the scheme saves Income Tax (PAYE) and National Insurance to encourage them to consider cycling to work and in the case of Croppers the uptake way exceeded expectations!


Steps To Generate Bike To Work Quote

- Choose your goods and get a quote from us.(Instructions below)

- Apply for your certificate with your employer

- Redeem your certificate with us by emailing your certificate and quote number

- Receive your bike!

- Below are steps to generate a cycle to work quote from website

Step 1 : Add products to your cart (in case we dont have any bike just email us and we will list the same)

Step 2 : Go to your cart.

Step 3 : Go to bottom of the page and click on "Cycle to Work Quote"

Step 4 : Fill in the details

Step 5 : You will have a quote in your email

Step 6 : Open your email to view the quote from letscycle. Please do check your spam or promotion tab if you haven't received it.

Submit to your HR for payment process. Once you get the certificate, kindly email us. Once we receive the certificate, we will automatically send the bike to your shipping address within 7 to 10 working days.

How do I qualify for the scheme ?

It's easy as riding a bike. Follow these steps to complete your Cycle to Work order.
STEP 1

Register for the scheme though your employer's chosen partner
STEP 2

Browse and choose your bike with accessories and request a quote from the website
STEP 3

Share your quote with your employer. They will provide you a certificate to purchase from their chosen scheme partener.
STEP 4

Once received, share your certificate with us on email on support@letscycle.uk and we will do the rest ! Sit back and relax whilst we deliver order


Instructions

Step 1

Click on "Add to Cart" Button in order to select your bike for quote request. This action will add the selected item in the cart. You can similarly choose accessories you like.

Step 2

After selecting the bike and accessories, you can move to Cart Page by clicking "View Cart" button or you can click the cart icon button on the top screen.

Step 3

Once you come to the My Cart page, you will have “Cycle to Work quote”. option at bottom of the page. Click on that button to open the “Request Quote” form

Step 4

You need to fill all required information to get quick quote from us. Fill your name, e-mail, phone and employer details, which are necessary to generate the quote.

Step 5

Once you fill all the details, click on “Submit Quote” button.

Step 6

You will get the quote request number form the system for your reference regarding Bike to Work Quote

Step 7

Open your inbox to view the mail from Pogo Please do check your spam or promotion tab if you haven't received it, you will find the pdf file attachment in the mail named with “Biketowork_Quote”. Please do check your spam or promotion tab if you haven't received it.

Open the attachment to view the quote
Please submit this quote to your employer, once they pay us you get your bike delivered in 7 -10 working days.
