Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Please don't open the packaging and drive the scooter/bike if there are issues with it as we wont be able to accept returns of used items.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the initial shipping cost ,restocking fee and transaction charges. After brexit most items come with 2 pin plug We try to send adapter but sometimes it doesn't come. We will reimburse upto 5 pounds for the same.
