After brexit most items come with 2 pin plug We try to send adapter but sometimes it doesn't come. We will reimburse upto 5 pounds for the same.

I got ep2 pro boost orange bike. And i looked every video from 2023/24 to unlock the speed. But I am not able to.
When I go into the setting +/- same time for 3 second and long press + button, it suppose to stay in (01 p) for 15 second and unlock but it keeps changing setting. If anyone has idea share it Plz. Thanks
