Were very pleasd with our fafrees f20, my husband and i have maken some kilometers on the bike, with oure friends de have also buyd 2 bikes the same as we have, and the delivery was quick, on our holiday adres in Spain...
Noisy from the day 7.
After a year the breaks don't work and the noise is just louder and louder.
The cables (that sits under the bike) are completely worn out. Terrible design
And the most dangerous of all is the throttle that don't stop when you stop pressing it. you have to pull back every time otherwise the bike won't stop. I almost suffered many accidents because of it.

Regarding Pogo Cycles I have to say that they were very professional to deal with. I received my bike which was very well packed but opening up the package I noticed that the bar that the saddle sits on was completely scratched which I am not impressed with. Who ever packed it originally must have noticed the bar scratched. I took some photos of the scratched bar. My husband did want to return the bike but I decided to keep it. Would I buy another Fafrees bike not really. Would I deal with Pogo Cycles again must certainly as they deserve 5 stars but hence I am only giving this review 2 stars because of the scratches.
I am obsessed with my new ebike and I am really glad I bought it through this website. Support small business!
