We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can chat with us or mail us at support@letscycle.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Unfortunately we wont be able to pay for the return but we will be able to ship the new item free of cost

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Please don't open the packaging and drive the scooter/bike if there are issues with it as we wont be able to accept returns of used items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions
Unfortunately gift cards cant be refunded

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the initial shipping cost ,restocking fee and transaction charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that the manufacturer reserves the right of refund. If they find that product has been used , or not in the same condition as sent, they will refuse the refund

Cancellations
A fee of 30 pounds or total transaction charges (which ever is higher) would be charged for cancellation. If the item has already been shipped and package is returned, 2 way shipping would be charged (depending on weight of goods)

Shipping

We usually deliver within 5-10 working days. 

We deliver accessories within 15-20 working days.

Kindly note that the shipping guide is for reference only. The shipping time are calculated by using business days and delays maybe caused by force majeure, natural disasters, inclement weather, public holidays, and factors out of our control.

Customers will be notified about the shipping status via email after the package has been dispatched. And customers also can track the order through the button Order Status. If its a preorder item, it can be shipped only when in stock.

After brexit most items come with 2 pin plug We try to send adapter but sometimes it doesn't come. We will reimburse upto 5 pounds for the same.
